Hi! My name is Hillary Foster and I am so happy you have found your way here!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, for nearly two decades I have helped individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and life’s issues and couples with relationship issues. But what I am most passionate about is empowering people to live a life of Freedom!

Psychodynamic Therapy – to reveal the unconscious content of a client’s psyche. Roughly 90% of our thoughts come from our subconscious. Bringing those thoughts into your conscious awareness can change how you act on them.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – to explore and modify patterns of thinking that lead to counter-productive or self-destructive patterns.

Solution Focused Therapy – to help you become your best self by focusing on solutions rather than remaining stuck in a problem.

“I believe the most important relationship we have is with ourselves.” Hillary says. “When we heal ourselves, we are better equipped to live the lives we dream of. My mission is to help make your dreams your reality.”

Away from work, Hillary serves the community through various charities that support Autism Awareness as well as the Second Harvest Food Bank.
Hillary leads an active lifestyle that includes running, yoga, spinning, weightlifting, hiking, and paddle-boarding. She believes that connecting the mind, body, and spirit lead to balance and happiness in our lives.
